Capital Project – Siding & Roofing

Pre-Construction Preparation: Preparation for the upcoming Siding and Roofing Capital Project at the Shoreline Townhouses, Long Beach, began this week.
Installing new siding at Shoreline requires removal of all wires and cables that currently run exposed on the side of the buildings. To allow the removal of all Wifi and TV service cables from the outside of the buildings, Verizon will be running new microducts inside of the buildings. This will eliminate the need to penetrate the new Hardi Plank siding to access the units and will also simplify upgrading services to fiber optic cable without service interruption.
