The first phase of the Capital Project is the removal and replacement of the roof shingles

With all of the roof shingles removed and replaced, the next step in the project is removal of the deteriorating siding in preparation replacement with new Hardi Plank siding.

Despite this harsh winter, the Shoreline Capital Improvement Project continues to move forward.

The Shoreline Capital Project is well underway towards completion before the 2026 summer season!
